Payment
The prices quoted are retail prices plus shipping costs. Due to the application of the small business regulation according to § 19 Abs. 1 UStG no sales tax will be charged. Payment is currently possible in advance by bank transfer or PayPal. If required, the buyer will receive an invoice with the account details by e-mail after confirmation of the purchase request, the due date of payment is also indicated there.
Shipping
Delivery to the shipping company takes place within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment. Shipping is carried out by DHL National, the delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. The shipping costs incl. packaging material within Germany are € 6.99, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you buy several items, the shipping costs will increase - but I try to send smaller orders in one package. So if you have paid too much shipping costs, I will contact you and refund you after I have packed all orders. I try to pack as sustainably as possible, for example the buffer material is made from biodegradable corn chips.
